Cleaning can be carried out as little or as often as you require. Maybe you only want the bedroom, bathroom or kitchen cleaned on a weekly basis? Maybe you require specific tasks done like vacuuming and dusting, floor cleaning, washing the dishes, rubbish removal, oven cleaning, refrigerator cleanin, or just a general tidying up? Prehaps it’s a combination! Contact me for a quotation to suit your needs. Prices start from 20 euros a hour for general cleaning duties.
Sparkling Service
Why not book a deep clean to freshen up your home? I carry out deep cleans at the end of a letting season or before the letting season starts, to prepare the property for bookings. I offer deep cleans following building or renovation work, for post party clean ups; and the annual spring clean. If the property is your second home, why not get it deep cleaned for your arrival. I can also prepare your home, if it is being left empty for the winter.

Property inspection

Your holiday let insurance policy will require that your property is regularly checked during empty periods in order to validate any potential claim. It is a good idea to get me to arrange a check on your property on a regular basis and following bad weather. The charge for a property inspection is 40 euros a visit. A report can be emailed to you for an additional cost.
