CLEANING AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

GITEÂ MANAGEMENT, CHANGEOVER AND KEY HOLDER SERVICES
I can offer three packages:
Do you require my changeover, cleaning services or full management package or you are just looking for me to hold your property keys?  All my services are efficient, dependable and cost effective.
1. KEY HOLDER PLUS – THIS WILL BE CHARGED AS A ONE OFF PRICE.

This service includes:
Checks on the property – 2 per month. Your holiday let insurance policy will require that your property is regularly checked during empty periods in order to validate any potential claim. I can arrange to check your property on a regular basis and following bad weather. A report and photos of your property can be taken and emailed to you if required.
Check for vermin - checks can be made for mice and if necessary remedial action can be recommended.
Key holder services - I will hold your keys to your property and upon request make them available to visiting guests or gite clients.
Guest liaison - This includes being available as an emergency contact for your clients during their stay.
Available to meet contractors - I can also arrange to be at the property to meet deliveries or tradesmen. The individuals will be let in, but they will need to liaise with you for any works required.

Each holiday changeover will be charged at an additional cost.
Prices start from 20 euros per hour.

I am happy to quote for changeovers for the following:

Two bedroom property

This includes laundry costs for all bedding and towels. It is advisable that you should provide 3 sets of bedding and towels to allow for any accidents by guests and for same day changeovers.

I will take care of all changeover tasks, including liaising with incoming guests on arrival and making sure they have everything needed for a pleasant stay. After each letting I will visit the property, giving it a thorough clean before the next clients arrive.
At the time of changeover I can:
perform a visual inspection of the interior and exterior
thoroughly air all rooms
check all contents against inventory
visually check all appliances, electrical equipment and sanitary ware
examine all furniture and furnishings for wear and tear
ensure all security services and equipment are functional
water all house and terrace plants
turnoff appliances when the property is empty
2. KEY HOLDER SERVICES ONLY 160 EUROS PER YEAR.
This is a key holder service only and any additional services will be charged in addition to the one off charge.

This service includes:
Checks on the property -
I can provide regularly scheduled property checks. Your holiday let insurance policy will require that your property is regularly checked during empty periods in order to validate any potential claim
I can arrange to check your property on a regular basis and following bad weather. The charge for a property inspection is 40 euros a visit. A report can be emailed to you, at an additional cost if required. Photos of your property can be taken and emailed to you if required.
Check for vermin - checks can be made for mice and remedial action will be taken. This service is charged at 20 euros plus any cost incurred.
Guest liaison/changeover service - for charges and more information see above.
Available to meet contractors - Waiting for tradesmen or deliveries? My call out service is 30 euros per visit plus 10 euros an hour will be charged after the first 30 minutes.
3. Changeover service
If you already manage your own property I can offer a changeover service only. Prices start from 20 euros.

Changeovers include:

Polish and dust
Thorough vacuum
Wiping paintwork and skirting boards
Sweeping and wash floors
Cleaning bathrooms and toilet
Internal window clean
Cleaning or fridges, microwaves, toasters, kettles
Cleaning fireplaces (as necessary)

Additional Services
Your guests will have been looking forward to their holiday for many months, a good welcome hamper can help make their break extra special and give a positive first impression.Â
Why not include one of my welcome packs?
You can give these as a gift or offer them to your guest as an additional option.
I can provide the following:
Food Hamper
From 25 euros
A basic hamper includes bread, milk, tea, coffee, butter and preserves. Any additional items, such as locally produced Kouign Amann and Breton Gateaux would be charged at cost.
Doggy Hamper
25 euros
If your gite is pet friendly why not offer a pet hamper? My Doggy Hampers include items such as a collapsible dog bowl, poo bags, chew treats, toy, dog towel and a dog feeding mat.
Toiletries Hamper
35 euros
Welcome your guests with a special pack of luxury toiletries and amenities. My packs are the perfect pack for a longer stay in a gite. These gorgeous hampers includes bamboo toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, mini shampoo, mini bath gel or shower gel, body lotion, razor and shaving gel. Any additional items would be charged at cost.
Birthday and Special Occasions Hampers
Price on request
If your guests are coming for a birthday or special occasion, I can arrange something extra special.  From flowers, wine, decorations and birthday cakes. Call me to get a quote.
Gardening
If you wish your garden to be ready for your guest to enjoy I can recommend my husband's business. Guy runs Escape to the Patio gardening and maintenance services and is reliable and professional. He would be happy to discuss your needs.
DIY Jobs
If you need any DIY projects done, I can recommend by husband's business, Escape to the Patio for this too. If you need that shelf putting up, that dripping tap repaired or your gite repainted why not ask for a quote? Guy also offers pressure washing, rubbish removal, gutter cleaning, tip runs, tidy up and removal services.
Welcome Book
I can arrange for a Welcome Book to be available to your guests. It would be checked and amended on a regular basis. It would include:
Information about the property (provided by the homeowner)
Local attractions, restaurants, transport, weekly markets, supermarkets, local doctors, pharmacies and dentists.
Local festivals and leaflets from the tourist office.
